Preparation for holiday travel with natural first aid
Are you planning an ocean cruise or a skiing trip ? Some brief suggestions for improved vitality, protection from injury, fatigue, food poisoning or illness, sometimes experienced on business or holidays journeys; these are:- Adopt a healthy lifestyle with organic foods, drinks, adequate rest, sleep, exercise and good posture
