Orange sweet aromatherapy

As this is a fire festival, orange represents the element in the
oil world. When you peel an orange, the fine spray that sometimes catches you in the eye is the
orange oil. The aroma is sweet, fresh and fruity and uplifting and refreshing to the mind and body. Use often round the home when it is dull and grey to brighten your day and make you smile. A few drops on your damp cloth and wipe over the surfaces not only refreshes the kitchen but also cleanses it as it is antiseptic too. Sprinkle in the car and road rage will stay away and make driving much more of a pleasure. Add to lavender and sprinkle on the pillow for aiding a refreshing sleep in summer. You are not recommended to you put it in the bath alone as it can sting if more than 3 drops are used, so always blend with another oil such as frankincense, lavender or clary sage to add to your bath or massage blends. It is commonly blended with nutmeg or cinnamon to warm the home in the vaporiser during the winter but summer blends can be lighter with such as lemon or frankincense. Magickally, it provides energy, both physical and magickal and transforms depression into peace and it is just what we need until the sun begins to shine again.
