hypnosis successfully for hundreds of years. I use two forms of Hypnotherapy:
Suggestion Therapy
This is the Therapy that most other Hypnotherapist use as it is an effective and efficient way of resolving and removing
unwanted habits like nail biting,
smoking, overeating etc. Excellent results are often accomplished in one or two sessions. There is an added bonus in that there is a general boosting confidence, well-being and calmness by using Hypnosis in general. Anxieties such as exam or interview nerves can also be greatly helped with the use of hypnosis followed by carefully worded suggestions.
Analytical Therapy
Hypno-analysis, as it also called, is a longer process typically lasting 6-8 weeks. This special approach was pioneered by the IAH and is now recognised as one of the best therapies in the world for treating those 'deeper rooted'
anxieties where you may feel out of control, such as nervous problems, anxiety and emotional problems. It is a type of
psychotherapy (talking therapy), which combines hypnosis,
relaxation and open discussion to unlock those long 'bottled up' emotions to find the root cause of the problem. The result is that not only will you be free of your problem but will feel calmer, more resolved and more effective and in control of your life.
